What you think “is” is proportional to what (actually) is. In other words, the more you think about what is, the less there is. Thinking is a dimmer switch that reduces awareness. Being “full-on” (aware) in every case happens when you are not thinking.

“What is” is directly proportional to what your Mind thinks “it” is. In other words, the more you think about “what is,” the less there is. Thinking limits your awareness and narrows the vastness of your experience. The only solution: stop thinking!

Your assessments and analyses of your experience destroy the experience. Do you see? Your experience will never yield to your thoughts of what it is. Life does not pass us by; we pass by it by simply thinking about it instead of embracing what it already is.

What you think in any situation is the “long path” because thinking carries bias, prior learning, fears, and judgments, all illogical concerning present circumstances. Do you see? Your thinking is looking for a way around unfavorable experience when silencing the noise of thinking offers clarity and intuition that would provide a way “through.” In short, the ultimate engagement with the present situation is going straight through it without irrelevant (past) garbage hindering the way. “Be still” and be inspired.

Is a rose any more or less beautiful because you or anyone else thinks so? NO! Beauty is not in the eye of the beholder, as we often hear. Beauty “is” without any thought you or anyone gives it. Oh, and by the way, there’s much more beauty than you think. Stop thinking and see for yourself!

Do not replace what you think you are with something someone else says you should be. What you “think” and what others think is an indulgence of ego (yours or theirs) that seeks to “fit” where it can’t. Finding “what you are” requires not a single thought nor any form of ego (which is all thought and imagination). What YOU are precedes ego, and ego is not allowed in the hallowed ground of YOU! Get out of your mind.

The experience of something always surpasses the thought of it. Let not what you think spoil the splendor of what is. Peace, love, and beauty reside in a place that cannot be thought of.
