Dropping what you know is how you “know.” Do you see? Your mind, full of bits of this and pieces of that, is like a cluttered warehouse of unused, unusable inventory that crowds out and obscures the newness and freshness of present-moment experience. You cannot experience “what is” through the filters of past clutter in your mind, ever! You get to “now” only when your mind is empty. Clean house; that is, the warehouse of your mind. Oh, and never fill it back up by doing a little cleanup every day! You can’t imagine the fun you can have in an empty warehouse!
