Don’t grumble or give up on life because of what you consider its defects. No part of life is defective, but your thinking is, and thinking is what hooks you to the unreal. Life’s sweetness lies in its wholeness, but your mind divides wholeness into multiples of right and wrong, and any division at all complicates the simple and the beautiful. Parsing “what is” is like trying to unmix the cake batter. It makes for a lot of messy, unnecessary work, and in the end, you have no cake to eat. Live without the complication of your judgments. “It’s all good” is a safe judgment and sets your mind to accepting reality as is.
