Don’t try to solve problems that don’t exist. If you are thinking you’re likely thinking about something that already happened, the outcome of which cannot be altered, or what you hope happens in the future, that probably won’t happen any way you think it should. “What is” is all you’ve got, and it does not need kibitzing from a chattering mind that assumes it has any control. Listen to yourself. You might even get a good laugh at what marvels of nonsense your mind comes up with. But only laugh, then let it go! You have things to do that can only be done in the present. Besides, when you’re present, it’s a whole lot quieter!
