As long as you believe you can derive answers from the life you experience and all the unique forms it takes, you will never have “peace of mind.” The only peace that comes through the mind is shutting off conscious thought altogether. In other words, “peace of mind” is a “mindful” myth. When your mind is still, something else takes over, and whatever that is lies beyond conscious awareness, extending into the infinite reaches of unspeakable beauty. You can only experience such beauty, but not as an expression of your mind and its thoughts; rather, wonder and awe untethered from any thought whatsoever. Be quiet so that forces beyond your imagining can play on a field of no thing. There is no possible “peace of mind,” but unimaginable peace can be found in silence!
