Destiny, as many speak of it, seems to be an elusive thing. That is, it is spoken of as something to discover and fulfill. Few speak of what is now as the fulfillment of their destiny. “It just has to be something else,” is the oft-used refrain. Is this not folly? The reality is that you “live” your destiny, not become it. There is no perfect place in life other than the place you are right now, and it is a fantasy that there is something other than what is. NOW speaks to “what YOU are” at this moment, in this experience, and it is not some presupposed “destiny” you’ve convinced yourself must exist outside of what is happening. Simply stated, if you’re breathing, you’re experiencing the only destiny you can.
